Saturday Bike Ride - Muddy Creek Trail

We decided to try one of the other greenways in Winston-Salem called Muddy Creek trail. The first thing E did when we got out of the car was find some mud! It was a very easy and short trail.

It's Saturday? Bike Ride Time!

Another Saturday morning bike ride... this time we went to Guilford Courthouse. It was fun because they had some people camping - authentic Revolutionary style.

Saturday Bike Ride

We're trying to get out every Saturday morning before it gets really hot. We took another ride on the Salem Lake trail. E's favorite part was seeing the "struction struction" site (construction site).

Weekend Fun

We went on another bike ride on the Salem Lake trail. It was a really nice ride. The trail goes by Bowman Gray racetrack, and they were out practicing. E got to check it out, but thought it was a bit loud! Susie fell asleep on E's shoulder on the way back.

After that, we picked up Maw Maw and hit up the Kernersville Spring Folly so Emmett could ride the train. The fire department had a station set up where kids could spray the "fire" and E loved it. He said he wants to be a fireman.

We took another bike ride - this time with Susie. They did pretty well in the trailer - it will take a little getting used to!
