Old Friends

Cam's friends from high school were moving to DC and wanted to stop on the way up there. We explained that things would be tight, but that they were welcome to stay at our house for the night. Oh, and did I mention that they have 5 kids?

We had so much fun. I loved hearing stories about Cam's crazy days. The kids had a blast catching fireflies.  Emmett loved having so many friends to play with. We had 4 kids sleep in the castle! It was great to catch up.

Castle

Cam loves to find free stuff, and when he found these free GIANT cardboard tubes, his first thought was to build a castle for Emmett. It took many weeks, but it's done and installed in E's room. He loves his castle! The middle tube has a ladder to climb up to the second layer. The last step will be to paint some "stones" for the walls.
