Father's Day

Today we celebrated Daddy - we gave him some goodies and made some food. We had so much cake and stuff left over from Susie's party that I didn't make as much as I had planned on.

Cam is such a great dad. He loves to play with the kids. Emmett is quickly learning what teasing is. One of the phrases we hear at our house the most is "silly Daddy!" Susie is a Daddy's girl. She gets so mad at him when he comes home from work if he doesn't pick her up right away. I love watching the kids interact with him.

Boy Time

I love watching my boys get into a project. Emmett loves to help Cam outside. Right now they're building a castle for Emmett's room. The other night they had a great time playing with his new train tracks. While mommy had some Downton Abbey time, the boys played hide and seek, tag, and other fun games. We love that Emmett is old enough to enjoy these kinds of activities! He also has a great imagination. His toys will have conversations with each other. He loves his new doctor kit from Christmas. He pretends all the time! Our little boy is growing up fast!
